Handy background config for Vista

When I switched to using Vista, I also had the good fortune to start using 2 24″ monitors. Four feet of desktop. Now, with all those eager pixels, I needed some beautiful backgrounds. I am rather a background fiend, so I had plenty to choose from. The problem was that I wanted a different one per screen, and Vista does not provide a way to do that on its own. Enter DisplayFusion. I love this app. Not only can it do exactly what I needed, it can also do a number of other neat things as well. Like grab images from Flickr for each desktop! Or turn on the window AutoSnap that I love so much.

For a small fee you can also get the Pro edition, which allows you to have more advanced control of image display, as well as randomly change your backgrounds, which is pretty neat. See this guide for a more detailed feature run-down as well as screenshots.
